Sup bebola ikan










Bahan-bahan:
Bahan A :
10 biji bebola ikan

Bahan B : dimesin
3 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia

Bahan C :
½ inci kulit kayu manis
6 biji bunga cengkih
2 biji bunga lawang
1 peket sup bunjut-ikan
Garam secukup rasa
Air rebusan tulang ikan

Cara-cara:
1. Tumis bahan B dan masukkan sup bunjut,
kayu manis, bunga cengkih & bunga
lawang.
2. Kemudian, masukkan air rebusan ikan dan
biar hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan garam secukup rasa
4. Taburkan daun sup, daun bawang dan
bawang goreng semasa menghidang
